Yikes!!
I cannot
recall who made the statement, "If you
fail to plan, you plan to fail," but between you and
me...that haunted me for years! I was not very good at having stated or
thought out goals as a young man. Once I hit 19 and realized I had to do
something with my life, I had some overarching goals I wanted to achieve but
not really a plan or strategy to achieve them.
I do
find, after becoming a bit more seasoned in life, I do find goal setting,
strategies and pathway development to be instrumental into achieving one's
goals for their life.
